Our company was founded by professionals with more than 15 years of experience in the software and web development fields. The idea behind our operation came from the constant need expressed by our clients where they were working on specific projects and they needed to add people fast but most importantly they needed people who knew what they were doing.
There are a variety of factors that have an effect on the success of a project but one of the most important drivers in a project are the quality of its people. As time went by, we found ourselves facilitating our skills for other activities that veered away from development but that we had a passion for. Finding people.
We were able to come up with different techniques to interview and screen candidates and based on our experience we identify key skills and the skill level of candidates required for different types of projects.
Based on these evaluations we were able to provide our customers with quality professionals that possessed not only the right skills but that also were a good fit for the company environment and the level of work.
